I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ's gift. Therefore it says,“When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men.”
(In saying, “He ascended,” what does it mean but that he had also descended into the lower regions, the earth? He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.) (Ephesians 3:14-21 NIV)

Who has called us to live as Christians? Who has made us into one body? Who rules over all Christians and lives in all Christians? What has Christ given to each of us? Where did Christ go before he gave us gifts?
God has called each of us to follow Christ. We have nothing to be proud of. Christians should love each other and be patient with each other, because we are all followers of Jesus Christ. We are all children of our Father God in heaven. We should live with each other in peace, as one body. We should help each other and work together, even if we belong to different church groups with different names.
Take time to be quiet. Ask God to show you if you are really humble, and if you really love other people with the love of God. That means putting other people first. Tell God you are sorry if you are not like this. Ask him to make you more like Jesus Christ. Think of ways that you can show real love to one another, and to other people who believe in Jesus in the place where you live.
Think of all the blessings that God has given us through Jesus Christ. [Here are some: we have been forgiven our sins, we are now children of God, we have received life for ever, we can pray to God without fear. There are many others.] Is it right to keep all the blessings of Christ for ourselves? How can we share them with other people? What are you going to do about it?
